Urgent Closure of Westbury Road, Coulston

WILTSHIRE COUNCIL HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that on 21st April 2021, the following length of road shall be closed to all traffic in the interests of public safety to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out removal of dangerous Ash trees.

Westbury Road (part), Coulston; from its junction with Coulston to its junction with Coulston Road.

Alternative route: via B3098 (unaffected length) – A350 – A361 – A360 – B3098 (Unaffected length) and vice versa. HGV’s over the height of 4.1m must use the C40 through Great Cheverell. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works.

These works will commence on 21st April 2021 and are anticipated to be required for one day between the hours of 09:30 and 15:00. This Notice will have a maximum duration of 5 days.
