Healthwatch Wiltshire, Healthwatch Swindon and Healthwatch West Berkshire are working with Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust to hear from patients who’ve used the Emergency Department (ED) or been an inpatient on Aldbourne, Meldon, Jupiter or Saturn Ward at any time from 1 March.

Healthwatch teams will be visiting Great Western Hospital all this week (5-11 July) to speak to patients about the care they’ve received, or people can share their experiences online:

Surveys are open until the end of July, when views and comments will be shared with the Trust to help them understand what’s working well and what could be improved or developed in the future.
